In real life, I'm a student at Southern University Law Center. Can you even believe it? I'm a law student! That means my everyday life is pretty logical, staid, and not very creative. ButI have wanted to be a lawyer since I was in the fourth grade, it has always been my dream.

So, luckily, I have an escape from my everyday life. Here on the blog, I get to be the empress of cute crafts and the queen of amazing adventures, exploring my lovely world and trying new things.
In my free time, I am a casual Lolita, an amateur designer and a self-taught seamstress. I dabble in gyaru makeup and style. And I make costumes for cosplay, Steampunk and historical costuming.
I have been sewing for over 10 years, entirely self-taught, ever since I begged my mama for a sewing machine in the 7th grade and a wonderful shopstaff at Hobby Lobby showed me how to coordinate my fabric with my thread.
I started knitting in high school, when I would spend 8 hours every Saturday in detention. That's what I got for being late to school. Knitting was the only thing the nuns allowed us besides home.
I began wearing Lolita fashion about three years ago, after obsessing over the style at conventions. My wardrobe is almost entirely handmade and I love every single piece.
Don't worry though, you'll see those projects everywhere, as well as lots of outings and dress up and photos.
